CAN YOU PROVIDE AN EMERGENCY SERVICE?
Yes. If you have an emergency plumbing issue such as no hot water, a burst pipe, water leak or blocked drain, we can be there to help the same day! We also provide emergency hot water system repairs and installations for heat pumps, gas and electric systems to ensure you do not go without hot water for long. Rapid Hot Water & Plumbing provides an emergency service for Blacktown and the Hills District including Quakers Hill, Rouse Hill, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Maryong, Mt Druitt, Schofields, and all surrounding areas.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A LEAK?
Normally a leaking water pipe will cause visual flooding and high water bills. If you have a leak you can sometimes even hear water sounds from inside the walls and roof or under the floor. Another tell tale sign is if you have low water pressure. Having your home or business regularly inspected by a plumber can help to identify leaks before they become serious.
HOW TO KNOW WHEN I NEED A PLUMBER?
Anytime you find a problem with the plumbing in your home or business you should call a plumber. Whether it is to assess the problem or to fix it, a plumber is the only person that can give proper advice on the problem. If it is an emergency, ensure that you clearly state the emergency when talking to the plumber. Any plumbing problem big or small if left unfixed has the potential to turn into an emergency.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY HOT WATER SYSTEM?
All hot water systems including Gas, Electric and Solar systems should be serviced at least every 3 years to ensure they are running at their optimal efficiency. Over time, build up of contaminants and corrosion on components can cause the system to fail and generally one problem leads to the next so it is best to regularly service to ensure a longer life span of system.

When our hot water system died, we thought we might be having cold showers all weekend, but luckily we found Danny, from Rapid Hot Water and Plumbing. He quoted a reasonable price and promised to come next day at 9am with a new system. He came right at the promised time, installed it with a minimum of fuss, didn’t try to add on any extra bits (as some tradies do), made sure we were happy with the job and cleaned up afterwards, including taking the old tank away.
